Program Manager

Humana · Louisville, KY (May 2013 - Present)

I lead the HR Digital Design Group, a team of creative professionals responsible for creating and supporting digital information-sharing experiences across a large portfolio of internal web properties. I manage site development for a variety of massive audiences, oversee the creation of lightweight web applications, and partner with different areas to find creative solutions to business challenges.

Applications Architect

Humana · Louisville, KY (May 2011 - May 2013)

Developed a large suite of rapidly-prototyped tools and services that empower self-service exploration and understanding of social and human capital data. Conducted organizational network analysis and algorithmically-driven semantic analysis of unstructured text using tools of my own creation. Introduced small changes that yielded huge payoffs across the company.

Technology Consultant

Humana · Louisville, KY (October 2007 - May 2011)

Led the migration of Humana’s legacy LMS, overseeing the meticulous transfer of millions of records across systems. Managed the new LMS and coordinated 600+ administrative users and 30,000+ learners in a transaction-heavy implementation. Constructed and maintained the first widely-used internal wiki at Humana.
